SEPTEMBER, 2022

Construction of Onyx is well underway, the
basement excavation and soil removal is now
80% complete. Pilling works have also now
commenced around the perimeter of the site
and we are expecting drainage and pipe-works
to be undertaken over the coming weeks with
the first concrete pour of the basement to take
place soon after this, subject to weather. The
site works and basement excavation will take at
least 2 months to complete.
